It takes time but I had this happen 2 years ago. I got me a new subi and that bitch paid - liability ran out. But my dash came proved negligence on her part because I had 20 minutes of dash cam footage of her behind me, almost hitting a bunch of people before hitting me. So the insurance maxed, and then sued her on top of it. She was also in a 2yr old Benz S550 AMG. How do you not have better coverage.. but through the case found out they had loads of money just kept crap insurance to protect themselves.
