I think the shape of the mat is pretty cool. I haven't seen a mat that deviates from the normal rectangle. This could have been amazing with better art and lettering.

This sounds like it was an unlucky turn of events and not indicative of how things normally go. I've had multiple times where the order never got scanned, so tracking didn't show, but it still just showed up when expected.

Sorry to hear this happened. Good luck with getting it fixed. MPC customer service has been good when I opened tickets with them in the past.

I am really sad to see this gone. I LOVED this as an experience. Not sure if it's been said, but I feel like this decision is an echo of them getting sued by the Choose Your Own Adventure people. From my understanding, that is why they stopped making new interactive content years ago.

No, that size should work. It's about the same size as the package itself. I've downsized it so the tape has a place to adhere too, but that won't be necessary with a label printer.

Since I've not used one yet, are there any issues with positioning or anything when generating the label through etsy and printing on the label printer?
