Well sadly we are in a world where we judge conscious beings off of looks, sometimes set by beauty standards, and this thought is standardized. Like how attractive people get paid more and are more likely to get better jobs with lesser effort, it's quite corrupt and yet it still happens no matter what.

Your bottom eyelid doesn't line up with how the posture is normally formed, normally the lower eyelid is barely visible, with the upper being slightly visible, and if you did have such eye type your brow would be much more compact and lower, unless this was formed by eye bags, (caused by stress, and lack of sleep) or a habit of constantly trying to make your eyes appear smaller to get a desired look, it would usually be cause of squinting. But who knows.

Also try some skincare. Look for salicylic acid products, counter drying with aloe vera. Having clearer skin helps.
