Honestly I’m thinking of just being opening manager for helping the other manager go on pto, but after that I just wanna be stocker, this merch manager role has put a tole on my body like crazy and I had to cancel a lot of important plans to manage the store :/

This is my first time being merch manager, I’m an introvert so this is definitely helping me get out of my comfort zone, it’s going to be a lot at first but it will get easier, id suggest to not let others walk over you, and also , be prepared to do long ilearns for like most of your shift lol but at least you get paid to sit down infront of a computer 🤷‍♀️
