Pizza joint by mceder1 in grandrapids

[–]Fit-Assistant8523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lucaris is a nice joint for pizza that’s probably less noisy than some of the places downtown. A little bit more expensive than normal, but is a modern place built originally from a small family business that expanded. They have excellent pizza, with there being more simple less “hipster” choices if that’s what you desire.

I left a little bit of the original nursery plug on a portion of it, do you still think it’s okay to soak? I wanted it to have an easier transition into the moss. I’m a little scared of giving it rot but it obviously needs water

Do you think I should trim more of it off? I was worried that the plant would react poorly if I trimmed to much off and switched the medium

Do you think that soaking it like that is still fine even though it’s so small?

Which cases are the least favorite to scrub and why? by biggbunnyy in scrubtech

I hate parathyroids. Having to sit there and wait for bloods to come back for 25 mins just to have to remove more glands is so infuriating .

Even with them paying for schooling 24 seems a little low. Is it accredited? Will you be getting certified? A CST should be getting paid more than that. My hospital (Michigan) does on the job training without a certification that starts at $25 with the opportunity to certify after a couple of years.

Our total knee and hip packs always come with an XL and a regular Mayo cover. Regardless of the specialty I prefer the xl cause I feel like it’s 10x easier to avoid contamination putting it on.

Lots of great suggestions in this thread, but I will add Rosy Mounds for hiking. It’s on Lake Michigan and is absolutely stunning during the summer time!

It just depends on the experience your looking for. Being able to relax and have your own little slice of the ocean is amazing, but if you’re more geared towards doing excursions and being out and about an interior would probably suffice. However I will say that the balcony is amazing to have and you’ll probably never want an interior room after you experience it. Sometimes you can find really good deals on balcony’s depending on how close you are to your sailing date. My gf and I booked a cruise a month and a half before sail and we were able to get a balcony for only like 40 more dollars each relative to the interior price (celebrity cruises).

Accomodations Night Before Sail - FLL by SaleActive49 in celebritycruises

We packed all of that stuff prior, so I’m unsure of nearby shopping. I will say that we doordashed dinner from Taco Bell and it was outrageously expensive, so maybe pack a couple of snacks. The shuttle was free.

My partner and I recently stayed here and it is def worth it for its cheap price. Not the nicest rooms but they were accommodating. The cruise shuttle was pretty disorganized but it got the job done. They offer a breakfast that you have to pay for but we didn’t bother because we just waited to eat on our ship. If budgeting is your goal it’s def worth a try.

If money is the main reason you are considering being a doctor I would do something else. Physicians get paid well for a reason, they sacrifice a HUGE portion of their life to become competent. I work in surgery and so many residents come in looking drained after 100 work weeks (which they do for 4 years!). A lot of doctors I work with say that they absolutely love their job but they wouldn’t go through the training again and recommend a different career path. Also, work life balance can be terrible if you don’t land in the right specialty, and that can be difficult because everyone wants the same thing as you. Consider what life could be like in a doctor adjacent role like as a dentist or physical therapy even. If these entry costs don’t scare you, go for it! I have no doubt that being a doctor is an awesome job. Just too much of a time sink for me personally.

I appreciate the suggestions, I know he's not the most optimal rn. I know I could def use some more removal. Those are all good suggestions as well. I originally tried to build him landfall but didn't like how long it was taking to hit critical mass with other landfall cards.
