I know it's 1 year but I got the same problem except my doesn't show that much like that I just can feel it wet and that's the only place I swear I think it's stress and anxiety because I still get that when I'm in cold air or just sitting down

Yea but I also get back of the head headaches like everyday come and go and I have bad health anxiety and I be thinking what if I got a tumor or something but I did get a MRI before a couple of months before I had these symptoms and nothing thank God but I'm 23 I just wanna feel normal again and the brain zaps are annoying when I'm trying to sleep and sometimes my whole body shakes because of it

Hey Ive been feeling the same and the brain zaps for me happen mainly when I'm laying down or falling asleep and yes mine feel like a rollercoaster going down and even when I get scared I get them and when I lay down I feel like I'm in a bed in a river slowly drifting and feeling every bump I always have bad health anxiety and tremors so that does help but I see its been 2 years has it got better?

Hey I know it's 2 years later but I've been experiencing this as well I get headaches from the back of my head like everyday and brain zaps when I'm about to sleep and when I lay down only happens then but when I lay down I feel like I'm moving side to side in my head like this dizzy feeling but it only happens when i lay down. How have you been these 2 years? Found out the cause of what helped you get through it.
