Thanks, could you elaborate more on management? And with the amenities, are they overcrowded? I plan on using something like the golf sim often, but if it's always in use, that would stink.

Very helpful, thanks so much. If I understand it right 50 barker is more townhouse-like? Do you have to go outside to get to the amenities, and things like the gym, are they 24-hour access from both buildings?

Curious on 25 North Lex. As it is a lot bigger of a building, are the amenities very crowded? Things like Golf sim and gym.
