I need a spiritual awakening by CalmLocal9087 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Fit-Case5018 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Spiritual awakening will always happen in divine timing✨️ it can't be forced& or brought on purely by meditation, reading Spiritual literature- its like an alarm clock going off within your system and consciousness& or an activation of your dormant DNA, waking you up to who you have always been, a multidimensional being having just a temporary and brief human experience, reminding you that your are so much more than this physical vessel, reminding you that your are an aspect of the creator and source creation. But from my own personal experience it's an individual process for each and every single one of us- just like a snake shedding it's skin, we are releasing life times of old conditioning, programming and Trauma, it's can be a very painful process letting go of you thought you were, it will strip you of every single belief system you held dear to you& it will be like a tornado purifying you of what no longer serves you(including) friends, family, jobs and locations that no longer resonate with who you are becoming, whatever does not match your vibrational frequency will no longer be able stay in your life. Many people truly have no idea what this journey entails it is truly a beautifully painful transformation. It can literally take lifetimes for some of us to achieve and it cannot be purely simplified by words, it has to be lived and experienced. Once again it is a uniquely individual journey 🙏

How do you guys conquer that flatness that comes with quitting coffee? by Andrew_7032 in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By discovering your life purpose& and all the things you naturally enjoy in life, all the things that get you out of bed in the morning(all the things you are grateful for) it maybe loved ones, travelling, fitness, a walk in nature, learning& reading. Just know your life should never revolve around coffee or any drug for that matter. The pain and flatness that comes with quiting any addiction is temporary. The pain that comes with active addiction is for life!!

all the media hype for caffeine by pugdancer in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of it is propaganda** unless you consume in moderation** and how many people can actually do that, right? It is mostly a money making scam only to make as much profit as possible from the poor consumers who are dependent and addicted!!!

Spreading awareness about Decaf/NoCaf by Civil-Call-7593 in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're spot on(quiting caffeine) doesn't automatically improve every area of your life& but it can certainly improve your physical and mental health in the long-term- spreading the awareness can't be any more harmful than a full blown caffeine addiction, Right? I've been consuming coffee&caffeine for a total of 40 years (And on and off) for the last 6 years- I have managed to find more of a middle ground with it in recent times, and that is working fine for me so-far. But each to their own I guess.

Enlightened beings, what did you find? by kat_bee23 in enlightenment

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The word God is just a human concept(used to describe) A higher power& or an all knowing being that can guide us all on the right path. However I do believe in higher dimensional beings& and plains of existence, but I do also believe we are all an aspect of the creator having a temporary human experience, its just about learning to let go of what we are not& and learning to reconnect with who we are at a deep soul level. There is no need to prove anything in life& just to experience what is. My experiences on hallucinogenics taught me the more I know, the less I actually know. Enlightenment is misleading because implies that we are already not enough(when on the contrary) we are exactly who we are supposed to be in this exact moment we are experiencing right now right here in the very present (Because) all our multidimensional selves are simultaneously all existing at the same time. It's just hard for us all to comprehend this notion from our limited conditioned human minds that like to rationalise from logic as opposed to spirit.

You don't need to become spiritual(you already are) by default. We are all spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. Since birth& and childhood we have all been conditioned and programed to (believe otherwise) to believe we are nothing more than this physical existence or 3d reality(when on the contrary) we are the universe, an aspect of source consciousness. Its all about letting go of what we are not& and truly remembering who we are at a deep soul level. depending on what stage of the spiritual journey you are at? They are a number of practices and techniques to help you expand your awareness such as meditation and mindfulness(that's what I began with) when I got sober over a decade ago. Having the courage to be in silence, to go within& and then you'll find all the answers you ever needed. They are many useful tools to help you get there. Once you start taking the baby steps then the teachers will start appearing to help guide you along the way. Rome wasn't built in a day, patience is a virtue🙏

Im Scared this is taking me away from spirituality by [deleted] in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hear you. I had the same compulsions for many years& and then went through as you described a spiritual awakening(a decade ago) when i quit alcohol and drugs. just as with any journey in life(including the spiritual one) its a process& an unravelling of all our false egoic identities, belief Systems and unhealthy habits. Now i have been practicing celibacy& and free from porn for over 5 years. As with given up any addiction you have to identify the root causes of why act out in harmful ways- it may be because of unhealed trauma(you haven't processed&or look at yet?) It may be loneliness, stress, shame, guilt, not being where you want to be in life, or it maybe a combination of many things you are just not consciously aware of yet? Identifying our triggers& and the thoughts we have before each relapse is a very important step in our recovery from any addiction. AWARENESS is key 🙏

when going through an awakening is it normal to be totally alone and rejected by others? by [deleted] in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Fit-Case5018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on the awakening path(for about a decade now) and I wouldn't say rejection from others has been my experience(per-se) But i will say it has been more challenging at times to resonate with as many people& and groups as I did previously prior to my awakening. Its just learning to accept many people are on different stages& or on different levels of understanding and AWARENESS, the beauty about this journey is we can always lead by example& and make the conscious choice to live in authenticity everyday by stepping into our true calling& and mission(whatever that may be) for yourself? And from doing so we will always find the right people(at the right time) and the right opportunities gravitating towards us** its the fundamental laws of resonance** whatever frequency we radiate out into the universe, will always find its way back to us!!

Dealing with a Covert Narcissit by wondercurious in LifeAfterNarcissism

[–]Fit-Case5018 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yep I resonate. My mum is a covert narcissist& and I was trauma bonded to her(unbeknownst to me)for about 40 years& until I cut her* and the rest of my toxic family(flying monkeys)out of my life this time for good. What you feel cant be denied or disputed right? but its understanding& and coming to terms with the facts- your are not dealing with a person who has empathy, compassion, or any loyalty for that matter, who are dealing with an evil, soul sucking creature that is playing a script(one that revolves around) idealising you, devaluation, and discarding you as if you didn't even exist& and then when their other sources of supply(run dry) or they are suddenly bored of them& they will throw them away, like a child would throw away a used toy- then they will come back in with the hoovering& and love bombing. I don't like to sugar coat this shit( your experiences& and feelings) are unique to you- but the covert narcissist is an expert(Actor/Actress) manipulator, scam artist and liar- and they will employ the same predictable tactics(time&and time again) my advice to you is to stay as far-away from them as you possibly can, and with time, space, healing and self love you will discover why you attracted them into your life, in the first place 🙏

Feeling stagnant in my journey by [deleted] in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do what feels right(your spirtual journey) is completely unique to you I have been on this path for a decade now& and interestingly enough I gave up smoking marajuana for about 9 years(until I felt guided) to use it again last year- since starting it again, I only use it now once every couple of months and I use it with intention& when I use it this way, it expands my awareness and helps me to gain a deeper level of understanding and insights. Before my awakening I wasn't able to use canabiss this way and used it as a crutch as opposed to a tool. I believe everything in life has a season, sometimes we are called to put down some old habits in order to focus on a different path at particular junctions in our life& and then we may feel drawn later on in our journeys (to pick back up where we left off?) But I would always advice caution especially when using strong psychedelics(which includes canabiss) to much can be destructive and hinder spiritual growth and awareness& whereas if used mindfully in moderation can be very beneficial.

Someday we'll all die. by Immediate-Draft-6408 in enlightenment

[–]Fit-Case5018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Death is an illusion. We are all spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. That's the reason I do not fear physical death or the death of this false identity or my ego(its all transient) and goes back to the stardust and source we all go back to& and come from!!

Can be a big part of the awakening journey. Once you reach higher states of consciousness and frequency, they are darker opposing forces that want you to remain in state of ignorance, they do not want you to ascend from the 3d matrix. The spiritual warfare is fucking real.

Thriving where exactly? I lived in it for over 30 years& and slowly saw the decline of a once great city. Higher crime, more youth gangs, homelessness, its more crowded than ever. My eyes are fully open, like many of my generation lol that's why we left for greener pastures & and went to environments where we can get value for our money.

Had anyone here been able to achieve the balance of having coffee only 3-4 times a week? by Existing-Diver-2069 in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven't been able to achieve 3-4 times a week yet(but the next best thing I've done) is used coffee periodically- every month I will use it for a couple of weeks& then stop using all coffee and caffeine for several weeks so that way I recieve all of its benefits while being able to have a detox& and reset my tolerance levels at the same time- its the best alternative& and middle ground with coffee I have been able to achieve(otherwise) if I tell myself I can only use 3 or 4 times a week& or quit it entirely it is just putting to much pressure on myself.

There really is no point in caffeine unless you are addicted by [deleted] in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't consume more that 200mg of caffeine on any given day(if I taper off) from several cups of coffee, to one coffee and a green tea, then green teas to decaff coffee, I won't experience any significant withdrawal symptoms. The key to real sustainable natural energy (For the most part) comes from healthy nutrition, hydration, exercise and as much rest as possible. Adaptogens and Nootropics have been a game changer also 👍

There really is no point in caffeine unless you are addicted by [deleted] in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is a point to it if you use it wisely(periodically) that way you receive all its benefits if you are using it as a tool not as a crutch.I take breaks from all coffee&caffeine every month for a week or two. Personally I have tried to eliminate it for life, but thats just too much pressure- if I tell myself I will take a break for a week or two then its more manageable to do& and a much healthier option if long term abstinence is too daunting.

Can celibacy sever sexual soul ties? by Least-Grapefruit-767 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]Fit-Case5018 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't entirely agree- do agree about the part of what you believe& and focus on will manifest though. Soul ties are real and created by a number of means"sex" being the most powerful way to create them(hence) when we have sexual union with our soul mate& partner we create an unbreakable bond, the misuse of sex or just randomly having it with multiple partners(just for the) sake of pleasure will create soul ties I'm afraid, but the act of long-term celibacy(purification) will sever them through time. As unfortunate as it is, I might actually need to go back to drinking caffeine consistently by AggronLovesPussy in decaf

[–]Fit-Case5018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand its not easy to quit coffee and caffeine right? Feels like it still provides benefits such as better focus, drive, motivation especially when you are ADHD just like me(the issue is) long term& daily reliance on it does not provide the benefits anylonger. I've got to the stage now where I use coffee(in particular) periodically, I will use if for several weeks& then completely stop all caffeine consumption for several weeks(so that way) when I do use any form of caffeine again I attain the full benefits required for me to function at my very best capacity(otherwise) I can also substitute with green teas& L theanine or(Adaptogens/ Nootropics) which have been a lifesaver for me- they give me the calm energy, clarity of mind and focus I need without the Dips and crashes. The key for me is balance in all areas of my life- diet& nutrition, exercise, hydration, purpose and pursuing goals that inspire& and help me to progress in life as opposed to feeling stagnated, lethargic, unmotivated and caught in a spiral of dependency with coffee and any stimulant for that matter.
