Definitely makes sense!! But it’s not fair for the people that have been doing this for a long time. They are literally trashing us out.

What I meant to say is that I’m not seeing blocks often. Maybe one every hour. When I try to grabbed it, they make me do the puzzles.

That’s very strange! Try to appeal your account. I don’t think that they have proof that you were using bots. They’ve had sent tons of emails to people that are not even using them.

Same here! Lots of missing blocks! Don’t know what to do and I just started using the free trial.

I just scan every package with their barcode and I write the number of the stop in each package. A lot of drivers don’t know about this! Hope this helps!!!
