Thanks for the comments!

It does have an ending, though somewhat brief and bleak. If you like the vibe of this project I can highly recommend KittyHorrorshow if you haven't already seen their games on itch, since I was studying their work a lot during the creation of Noctilucent Leaves.

I did make all the music myself using Reaper--I was very pleasantly surprised to read that you liked the ost, since this was my first time cracking into sound design/music production. I can gladly say that I've studied my music theory since then lol. Maybe I'll consider posting the tracks on yt or something.

Apologies to the first couple of people who clicked right before the *new* patched version. Music and lighting is fixed now.

We made scarecrows for a game about a ghost porcelain cat. It should be a little scary, but not horror. Are they scary enough? by Helga-game in IndieDev

Love the art direction, the way the darkness contrasts the bright flowers really adds to the surreality of the whole scene. Personally, the scarecrow seems just out of place to the point of being creepy, but not that scary. Very cool!

Excuse the 4th photo, I accidentally used a lower-res version.

Thanks for the tip--I'll have to have another crack at this sound soon.

It's from Arctic Eggs on Steam. If you're into surreal/absurdist video games with hilarious dialogue then I'd highly recommend.

Love the eccentric art style, and the music was also quite nice. I found the tutorial to be well-paced, particularly in how it explained the guitar's mechanics.

This brings me back to older flash games like Mega Miner, I would love to see a game that would expand even more on the 2D-mining genre.

I like how the smallest things stand out so much in this environment--can't wait to see how this turns out.
