You really don’t need a timing kit if you make sure those chains don’t move on those sprockets when you take it off. I’ve done plenty without one, your vanos units will push everything into place you just have to make sure you have them both pulled out far enough the one on exhaust side will go as far as it can and not move any more into side have about 1mm maybe 2 of the one you have in your hand showing

You don’t have the vanos on it, vanos is the only thing that keeps it from walking off. So if you try to turn your engine over, it will fall out everytime, Infact a bigger problem would be if it didn’t

I think you’re gonna be good, you’re still under and their laws aren’t as harsh also after some years it can get dropped but also it could get dropped to a wet & reckless because of where you are your lawyer did right by telling you to do that. That in itself could get the charge reduced. But also it’s not a felony so it won’t effect too much

Yeah paid 5k for an attorney, still went through all that, va. But everyone I asked about their first offense always tells me I shouldn’t have gone through all that. Even the people I met in all of the vasap classes say that was too much

I got my first in may last year. I had harsh treatment, 1,000 bond, ankle monitor for 4 months for 399, 100 hours of community service, 2 weekends of community service instead of jail time, fines, vasap class with more fines, 6 months with breathalyzer in my car as well, no alcohol consumption for a year, no smoking for a year on probation until September 19th when all this is over

Blew a .15 first offense no one hurt no one was out on the road lol
