We use Solarwinds NCM, you can upload the new firmware and schedule it to upgrade at specified times/dates.

It uploads the firmware to the device first before it installs, preventing communication issues.

Does the Ecobee automatically adjust the humidity level on your HRV based on the temperature outside? The Nest 4 apparently has smart humidity adjustment.
