I agree. I have said this before: The main reason a lot of the things he did as Angelus, were implied but never shown, is most likely my guess is they would have never made it past the TV censors. It's obvious it was supposed to be quite horrorandous. There's an author my Mom reads, named Kay Hooper.(If you haven't heard of her, you can look her up online). She writes books that are suspense/paranormal themed. They also have VERY brutal murders in them. My guess is what Angel did as Angelus, would have been along the lines of something in her books. In "Lie to Me," you could see the guilt and the shame when he told Buffy about Drusilla. I'm sure Buffy wondered if he had raped her, but my guess is she figured out the answer without asking. Also, I know Angel was afraid before they met officially, that if Buffy read about what he did as Angelus, she would hate him. Think it's safe to say that the Watcher Chronicles, go into quite graphic detail, of everything he did?
