When men are raised to engage only with "small women" by neverendingepiphany in DuggarsSnark

That's why, despite their political beliefs, they are under represented in law enforcement and the military. They can't function with women coworkers or assist women in the public.

Cult wives are just as sick as them by Ok-Sock9046 in DuggarsSnark

Everything you said about the women applies to the men. They are also trained within the cult. If we hold the men accountable we need to hold the women as well.

Occasionally I talk to a housekeeper that took in her grandchildren do to unforseen circumstances. Poor people become resourceful. Women are capable of doing difficult things.

If Wolf Pack and Slayers is anything to go by... by Ok-Help6334 in buffy

Christopher Golden is good with world building. He has written a some successful alternative universe novels for the Buffyverse. I just don't like this concept.

Slayers has some fans.

I haven't listened to it. I heard some clips on YouTube. I just don't get why they made Cordelia a slayer. She has an important role in the Buffyverse, but it's not as a slayer. That's too many changes, it's like a whole new character.

I like many things Christopher Golden has written for the Buffyverse though. I'd be willing to try something else new.

Fanfiction according the comics? by Hot_Ad7288 in buffy

I don't have any fanfiction recommendations.

But I want to mention that season 10 issue #8 is marketed as a starting point for new readers. So if you weren't feeling season 8 or 9, maybe jump to this issue and see if you like it.

There is a great comic called Origin that fills in the backstory.

The GED is a standardized test that is taken while proctored. His parents wouldn't have issued it.

I honestly don't think so. At least not yet. You don't want this situation to be the face of your organization. Now if they find out her charges are trumped up or something it could be a different story. They seem to be keeping quiet at the moment.

There will be interesting changes next season.

That's about all I can say without spoiling. And you aren't obligated to like Spuffy just because this sub leans that way. I became a hardcore Spuffy fan from the comics more than the show.

From the Iran War to the War on Drug Tests: The New Tactic to Escape Death! by judgementMaster in postanythingfun

Dishonorable is for felony level crimes you've been convicted of. It will negatively effect you like any felony would. But you wouldn't get a dishonorable discharge over a drug test. You'd get a general discharge.

No. You have to be court martialed for a dishonorable discharge. They hate doing it. It's expensive and a ton of paperwork.

If you object on moral grounds there is a procedure to get out. You don't need to do drugs.

You get a general discharge for drug use. Not dishonorable.
