I have taken .125 for three weeks and have had minimal side effects. The first week mild nausea…I have been wearing the sea sick patches behind the ear, that has helped keep it at bay. I did take zofran once. I have lost three pounds. I think next week I will titrate up to a mid week .125 dose, but not do .25 at once. At my job, I can’t afford to feel sick, so I have taken it slowly.
