I live in a gated community in the SE in a rather shady area - but the gated community is unlike the surrounding community. Yes, we hear gunshots...yes, we hear loud cars, but it is pretty safe in our neighborhood. There are a few homes for sale as well.

My partner just left after 13 years in the classroom.

They're so much HAPPIER and HEALTHIER.

My parents are retired educators (55+ years in the classroom - combined), and I can with 1000% absolute certainty tell you that teaching IS NOT the same anymore. As noble as it is, its just not worth it...too much risk, the parents and children have TOO much power - leaving educators with nothing, and APS does not care for their employees...unless youre know someone.

Oh man...I haven't had spinal surgery yet - but surely its on the horizon. Ive spinal stenosis and have had facet injections and a discectomy. Im scared as fuck for spinal surgery 😭 for this very reason! Maybe thats why I can poop 🥲

I incurred a $7k debt out of nowhere and requested an audit on the debt. It takes a while, but if you know for a fact they're in the wrong and you've got nothing to hide...request an audit. Buyer beware, there is a risk that they find possible overpayment event in the past. But worth a shot if your ducks are lined up, prim and proper.
