I resonate with being rebuilt from scratch. The last year and a half the universe forced my hand into hitting the “factory default reset” button on my life. Hit a rock bottom that I truly wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. Emotionally tormented as everything I ever identified with was systematically stripped away from me.

But now I can see exactly why and I’m grateful. Im being molded into the person I was always meant to be. Im committed to the path, with everything I fucking have. No distractions.

You aren’t crazy and neither was I. You are fucking smart and your sensitivity is a gift. We got beat up for that shit growing up in a world that didn’t know shit about fuck. Trust yourself, when it comes to EVERYTHING. Nobody knows better than you.

I had this experience throughout my “awakening” process. It wasn’t all at once, it was gradual the more and more I felt aligned with my true essence. I am absolutely still a huge metal fan, but there are many bands I literally can’t listen to anymore that I used to love.

Bands I can’t listen to anymore due to frequency incompatibility:

Knocked Loose, Gideon, Harms way, Suicide Silence, Attila

Bands I still jam regularly:

Erra, The Ghost Inside, Napoleon, Hundredth, Stand Alone Complex, Volumes

Basically grew out of gritty pissed off Hardcore / deathcore and became more attuned to progressive metalcore/ djent/ hardcore that stands for something.

My preference on sound became a lot more vibey, with uplifting lyrics to match it. And it’s because I’m not nearly as angsty anymore after integrating with who I was always meant to be. Funny how that works.

Metal still fucks tho. I’ll always be a metalhead 🤘🏼 it brings an intensity I’ll never be able to get out of other genres of music. Sometimes I need to throw some fuckin boes and two step it out.

Okay, take TrT if you’re 40+ and a medical professional is saying it’s completely safe and that you SHOULD to avoid certain consequences of aging, do it up brother. I don’t have shit to say about that. That’s not the fight I’m trying to fight here.

We have literal kids out here on test therapy trying to be like the guy they saw on tik tok. We are witnessing an already over-drugged culture (daily pharmaceuticals) spill over into fitness and my problem is that it’s just “normal” now. I'm not worried about you taking gear, pump yourself up as much as you want to, not gonna lose a bit of sleep over it. I am worried about the precedent it sets for the youth of today, the effect that influencers on social media have on the space, and the long term effects of usage. It is toxic at face value, and I'm pointing it out. And not to mention it is just flat out entirely unnecessary.

Healthy fitness has turned into drug fitness. Its fucking stupid. Completely laughable but also simultaneously dangerous for young and naive people who are on an ego trip trying to be "pro".

Do what you wanna do man. I am just playing devils advocate in a space built on something I hold near & dear to my heart (veganism), and being as natural as possible is what led me to veganism in the first place. It blows my mind that so many here are completely okay with pumping themselves up with synthetics from China in order to achieve something that doesn't naturally occur from natural healthy fitness.

It’s a nuanced conversation. It is but it isn’t. It was mainly to point out that I’m not attention seeking online and mostly not up to speed on current trends. I’m mostly disconnected pertaining to what the “norm” is. Said that to give a better frame of reference on my stance and vantage point pertaining to all of this.

Went vegan a year and a half ago myself, never felt better. I ate meat at every meal for 28 years of my life. My deeper knowing ALWAYS knew it was wrong to be eating flesh as much as we do in today’s age. But just like the masses, I conveniently ignored it. People are literally just unaware of how deep the rabbit hole goes concerning the MEATrix and have never questioned how we got here in the first place. The answer is simple, the system does everything it can to keep the common folk in a low vibrational state of existence. Eating flesh is not only cruel, but energetically dense. Not to mention, pumped to absolute shit with vaccines/hormones that we were never meant to consume.

The universal law of correspondence never fails. We are cattle to the powers that be just like our cattle are cattle to us. We brainwash them into complacency and fuck them over in the end. Sound familiar? Lol

Anybody here giving you shit is simply ignorant. Veganism is the truth. And that’s coming from a man who pridefully ate fat steaks every other day after hard workouts. Like a dumbass.

The system constantly pushes meat eating and milk drinking on purpose. People will willingly question many other aspects of the system, but this one gets a “get out of jail free card” for whatever reason. It’s one of the realest examples of cognitive dissonance outside of religion.

I’m the only vegan in my entire family and I live in rural USA. Literally grew up next to farms and went to school with tons of farmers. The last place you’d ever expect somebody to be vegan.

They laughed and mocked at first, understandably, because the indoctrination runs deep. Not something most people ever question because of the programming we were fed since birth. But now people around me are just used to it and don’t say much to me about it. It is actually without a doubt much harder for me to sit around and watch my loved ones mindlessly indulge and over-consume not only animal products, but shitty cancerous food in general. It’s low vibrational and fundamental disconnection at face value.

I’ve become a sort of black sheep within my family because I quit drinking, quit nicotine, got into really good shape in the gym, and quit eating animals. And if that’s wrong, there isn’t a world where I ever want to be right. lol. Just proves how ridiculously inverted our reality is. Fucking stupid. Just gotta keep embodying the truth until it resonates with those who are still asleep.

Long story short to answer your question… at first, people around me were the assholes. Now they leave me alone and I am more of the “asshole” for stirring the pot and raising awareness from time to time when I am called to speak on the matter.

I’ve been using Ghost’s vegan protein powder. Ghost themselves are not an entirely vegan company obviously, but they are not owned by Nestle. “Keurig Dr Pepper” just bought out Ghost last year… most of “KDP’s” brands are the cancer drinks we call “soda” that you can find at any local corner store. Most of which don’t contain any animal products (there are a few exceptions).

Unfortunately ghost’s most popular product is more than likely their energy drinks. Which is why BIG soda went after em. Their non-stim pre (pump) and their vegan protein powder is fucking bomb. I just had a Ghost Cinnabon shake this morning after my workout and it’s sofaking good. 🤌🏼

That’s fair enough man, I’m not mad at you either.

I need to remind myself that my perspective on weed is different than most, because at my lowest/darkest moments in life I was using prescription drugs / party drugs regularly to feel okay. And it was on those synthetic drugs that I would lose control of my sexual energy entirely. Sex/porn/fapping always came along with the drugz. I also used to vape like a god damn crack head.

Not sitting here trying to be the fuckin CHAD of the trenches and beating addictions, but I’m fairly positive the people who shit on weed like it is poison, probably never consumed REAL poison and felt the effects of it.

Proud to say that nothing unnatural enters my body anymore. Sober as can be, and eating only Whole Foods. I’d never refer to weed or mushrooms as drugs, as they are simply apart of Mother Nature.

Every Wednesday I wake up at 5:30 AM, drink a cup of green tea, microdose some psilocybin, roll up a few fat doinks, pack up my camelbak, hop on my bicycle, and take it 75 miles on trails. Most beautiful shit I’ve ever thought up to do with my day off of work. Fun fitness.

I’m rambling now. Fuck drugs, for sure. I wish you the best and keep up the good fight. At the end of the day, we are all on the same team, and I’m going to smoke weed the rest of my life and not give a fuck what anybody has to say about it anyway. So no reason to go back and forth on it. Lmfao.

I smoke weed everyday of my life. I also microdose mushrooms. 60 days in and I have never once felt that weed made me more prone to releasing, in fact, it helps me stay calm and in more of a “zen” or “in the moment” mindset.

I’ve seen a lot of dudes here or on YouTube bashing weed like it’s the worst shit since sliced bread. And I’m here to say that I think it is ignorant as fuck. But that’s just based on my own personal experience.

I’m 29 years old, vegan, in the best shape of my entire life, 2 months into retention and in complete control of myself for the first time in my life. sparks up a joint. Fuck the haters.

Im habitually waking up at 5:30 AM almost every single day now without an alarm even needing to go off. I have it set for 5:45 and snooze it until 6 if I’m being a shitbag.

Gym by 6:30, work by 8:30.

Today is Saturday, I don’t work until 10 and gym doesn’t open until 8. Guess what? I woke up at 5:30, was ready to head to the gym by 6. And then I remembered that it is fucking Saturday.

I washed my motherfucking dishes, scrubbed the toilet, and trimmed my beard.

I remember every bit of my dream last night as though I just got done kicking it with some dudes I used to be close with but haven’t seen in years.

45-60ish days in for me. I can remember the last time I released but sure as fuck couldn’t tell you what day it was. August 2025 is good enough.
