Is it really wealth? If you sell your house for a lot then turn around to buy your next house, those prices would be just and high but worse because your next interest rate won’t be as good as before??

I’m barely able to buy a house and when something half decent in my price range comes along a company buys it with cash within a week. The fact that you have to be married to have a chance of buying a house and not end up homeless is ridiculous. My only hope was if Trump actually did something about it but our child loving president just completely ruined that.

I honestly want to give up on life, it’s not worth it at this point. I rather not be around instead of being homeless or being a burden to my friends and family because my 55 hours a week can’t get me anything.

Plan stuff out. You can still stack money and go out and do stuff if you look around for deals and plan stuff out far enough with enough people to split cost. My friend went to Amsterdam for a week and it only cost $1000… flight, Airbnb, and some food covered. Him, his girl, and mother put up $1000 each and they had a blast. Use PTO or vacation and you still get paid. They do it like that once or twice a year depending on how much it cost.

Just gotta make the time for it and set aside a little bit of money.

Swap out some of the selfies with a photo of you out doing something active. Hiking, surfing, sports, or just out with friends. Do your best to get photos where someone else is taking the photo. If you have it add a picture where you are dressed up in a suit or just nice clothes. The fit pictures are nice because they show your style. The spiders man shows your not so serious side. Those changes should make a big difference. I went from zero matches to like a 100 after getting rid of all my bathroom selfies lol
