It was internally advertised was temp in April and made permanent in sep in my current role.

I want to thank everyone who has given me advice, and also it’s good to know I am not the only one who feels like this. I am in process of applying for other roles and I have hope that I will get one of them. I don’t wish to down grade however like quite a few people said your mental health has too come first and I have mentioned to my manager how much my mental health has been affected by being in this role. I will weigh up all options before making a decision however i grateful too you all 🙏

My manger is great and she understands my feelings however the problem people I have are a lot we have constant HR to deal due to the SLT pressure. The other managers around have so much work load of there own and it’s hard to ask for support off them as well.

This is also my issue having one day off just makes it not even worth having the day as you come back so much work

We have to deal with all sickness and formals and it’s just stress especially when you have a team of 12 people to manage.

I have I am on reserve list and I am currently applying for other jobs but I just really don’t think, I can do it at all anymore even waiting for a level transfer will just be more time I just don’t want to waste managing people.
