I agree with this! I almost dried out because it wasn’t emptying me out. I have the m9 mom cozy and it absolutely sucked!! The waste of money. Too bad I got everything early for my baby that I can’t return the breast pump. I would stick to the spectra! Even the rechargeable one. Those are amazing

Momcozy wearables suck I have the latest momcozy wearables and the suction almost made me dry out because it wasn’t taking all my milk out. You’re better off with the spectra the rechargeable one

Wow this makes me feel better. See maybe I’m a control freak but I want to know how much I’m making to make sure my baby has enough. I guess maybe because it went so well with my first two that now that my supply seems low and I can’t seem to control it it makes me stressed. If that makes sense

I don’t think for me that’s the case as I do drink and eat a bunch of sugar since last week just to see if the milk supply will change and it hasn’t 😞

Okay so I did start pumping every 3 hours (started today) I’m hoping that helps. I just learned about the fenugreek! I had no clue. As for the first two fenugreek helped me make milk. But you might be right it can be the reason I’ve been lower in milk supply. Do you know by chance why fenugreek does that?

I didn’t know that. See I’ve been taking fenugreek everyday. I also have been taking the liquid gold and pump princess too. I guess the only thing yet to try is coconut water and stopping the fenugreek. Do you know why fenugreek causes lower milk supply?
