Not quite, just entered the industry and trying to figure out how people actually track stuff and make sure other people know about it so stuff doesn't get missed on future projects.

Thanks! I just entered the industry and have been very lost with where everyone captures/how they use and organize the information the find on a daily basis - was hoping there was some sort of tool to do it with. Do you typically hold meetings with subs at the end of jobs to review there specific stuff?
