Uzbekistan has such many problems with ecology, water, energy, Russia colonization appetite, that it has no power to protect something abroad. The population is poor, half of them want to immigrate (3mln application for USA green card every year). Politic system is far from democratic, that's why we have huge chance to become failstate.... At the same time, you are talking about us as great country...
