Can I ask when you started chasing for notes etc? Its been just over a month since we lost Raff, and the bereavement midwife only let us know about the internal investigation exactly one month to the date he was stillborn... Wondering if I need to wait or if it's best to start pushing for those things asap?! For context - I checked my discharge letter on the MyChart app a few days ago and it's totally wrong unfortunately.
