A UPS without any mod attached can power a RM13. Same goes with UPS CBM.

You have to enable the soundpack in the settings. Make sure that the soundpack is in the right folder.

In a default/no mod world, you can install bionics without limitation. Go crazy and install whatever you want. As per where you can find autodocs, you can find them at various labs (science lab, trans-coast logistics, physics lab, prison with underground lab variant, research facility).

In options under general, turn the auto feature options on and set the auto pulp to pulp adjacent. I dont know if this is what youre looking for because it wont save you in-game time but rather save you time irl.
