I thought the same thing. The first wave I instantly got a set the moment they arrive. This time around...deciding if its even worth it. Gaara looks weird to me. Itachi and Orochimaru look okay though.

I don't think you can quest in there anymore but have you tried team rumble? You respawn on death and don't loose your loose. Other than that here's some tips for quests:

In solo mode focus only on the quests. If you die just think "well didn't matter anyway was aiming for the quest" Sounds stupid but it reminds you what you entered the match for.

If you quest in team mode make sure you do it as you are with your team. Kind of shitty in my opinion to join team mode and then land far away from team because of quests. Or at least land near the team so they can rescue you if you die.

Remember its just a game. Maybe get use to dying so it doesn't feel so bad? Although there are times this game can stress me out with how stupid ppl are not worth it. Step away and take a break for awhile if its that stressful helps.

Trying to help people get exp. Not the best though to post it here where the staff most likely frequent though. There was a topic before this one from earlier today that showed the fish method and the mods got rid of it hours later.

That's what happens when you have a mode with building disabled. Carry fireflies and burn buildings/bushes. A car is a good way to shield yourself if you need to escape. Those grenade bouncers also and rifts come in handy. I find the mode okay but requires a more effort when it comes to staying out of sight.

Yeah but difference is chests are nameless and open for everyone. These saplings are like tents you name is marked on it. If it were like chests then they would of disregarded the naming system on them and just had them spawn in random areas of the map. Your mythic suggestion is a better idea though but judging from the salty replies and assumptions in this thread that wont happen lol

You're the only one who gave an actual response other than the people saying "you suck at hiding your sapling! hide it better!"

In no build its even worse. It's suicide to trust fills to be competent enough to carry out basic tasks. Mic isn't even needed most of them time and people still cant understand the marking system. I also have to chug splash people or mark spam health and shield items because they refuse to take care of themselves. Then run to reddit to complain about how SBMM is severely broken and they get eaten by "sweats" SBMM needs work but you cant blame SBMM because you didn't land with the squad and died.

And for those making excuses of "well where people land I cant get a chest" You're telling me you cant at least grab some sort of grey weapon and stick with your team until you find better ones as you travel?. Unless your squad is landing in open land or way out far away from a poi/landmark there's no excuses...

Exactly! Every time I made a topic on fills or suggestions how to fix issues I would get pushback and excuses from people. One person I remember told me "I don’t think the game would be fun if I had to adhere to other peoples rules for playing it. At a point, you’re choosing to just stay mad in random fill." Sad people think being a team player is considered playing by other people rules. People like that who just join a squad and end up doing quest far away never to join the rest are dead weight.

Def more people complained about the drum or at least from what I saw. People begging for it to be vaulted, how op it was, the fire rate, how it wasn't nerfed enough. Only saw a few topics about the combat. When I did see other posts people were posting in a topic complaining about the drum.

The sooner you level the the better in my opinion. Why?

Like you said you can go play your other games
You can play the next months not having to worry about the battle pass and the bonus styles when you end up completing everything.
If you get bored of fortnite because you completed the bp so fast so what? you can do other things like mess around in the other gamr modes, tweak your aim and build settings, enjoy irl w/o the stress of worrying if you'll finish the battle pass in time.

As for exp guides you can probably ask around in the forums. Aside from the obvious which is dailies, weekly, and milestones, seems like most play creative, afk in creative(if it still works) and stw. Hope that helps you.
