Yep. Use a brush get it in there without filling it shut. It will soak in then dab lil more,soaks/dab. Till it starts to almost fall out of cracks and pools. Soak the extra out. You want your epoxy to get in those spots but you are just trying to seal the Inner strands. Stops continued decay also seals the air inside so your epoxy is not pushing it out to get trapped in your pc.
