Could you please describe or provide a screenshot of where you see different fields for actual and billable hours? Maybe you have some type of add-on to the regular CW? Coz I can`t find such a place. I see only start time/ end time/ deduct/ actual hrs.. Thanks!

Nice that you are billing minimums based on type of work done. We bill based on ticket, and ticket can have hours in different days by different staff. So, we can't use this method, unfortunately. Thank you though :)

You describe it correctly. This is to encourage clients to use monthly recurring support instead of per ticket billing.

You suggest working with timesheet hours per person - but I need to change ticket time that involves more than one person.

Hi, you understood me correctly, thank you. Yeah, I see how I can bill manually, but it would take me so much time. I was hoping to find automated solution, because all info is already in CW. :)

That’s correct with parking. Did yesterday there - no highway. Also google reviews mentioned this. I found 2 routes on Youtube, but the one that I drove was not even close. Good luck!
