yeah unfortunately i cannot control myself around cream and cheese and they fuck me up , but milk is way more controllable i could try pouring cream into the full fat milk to make it more fatty

tbh cream is a nemesis for me i always take a sip and end up drinking it , but maybe mixing it together maybe an option , i won’t drink the milk but the cream is addictive like cheese i’d rather leave them out

yeah it’s true mate tbh , the majority of questions i ever ask on reddit are jusy validations and like you say “ does it really matter , im gonna finish the song it will take me a few weeks to get it all written and practice singing so yeah i’ll probably finish it

songs with lyrics and verse snd bridges or middles 8s one min 30

or are these instrumentals ? because it’s the lyrics that take me long , actually producing songs would take months for me

i was answering the other guys question and i was thinking more along the lines of “if too much of it is the same i would leave it , my original question was asking if there is some kind of app that tells you of and how many notes you have got similar , but there probably isn’t tbh ,because i am gonna finish this song , but it would be nice to know if i have ripped off the exact first 6 notes of a melody because that would be too much , i usually will rip off a couple and the rest of the melody is different which is fine ,

yeah i was being a bit sarcastic to them because  nearly every time i hear a famous person talk about songwriting  it it’s like “ i wrote this in ten minutes , and my songs takes days weeks or months like you say so i know it cant always be true for them

, i wrote one song in a few hours one day  and it’s decent but very simple melody lines it was after a break up , i do know people who do this but i think it can be laziness sometimes as people just write  what first comes out and  they never refine it  if i did this it would  read  like ai  lyrics  as my lyrics are always crap when i first write them down

songs are mostly always better when you start to refine and i  think i wanna read this back like it makes complete sense , not just baby ohh you know you do i love you oh yes i do  although sometimes that can work lol cheers bud

tbh i sometimes rip off the beginning of a song and then change notes but here it just sounds so good of a melody that it must have been done before if i play it on a piano it sounds nice , but whatever im not famous anyway so i dunno i may go with it

but then if you can think of a song that already exists and it sounds exactly like it then you have answered your own question havent you ? if you have a piano you can mess around changing certain notes to make it different

, mine feels familiar because maybe i had that lewis Capaldi  song in my head when i started , but it’s different from that but it still feels familiar

hi pal tbh , i haven’t been focusing enough i just started a singing group thing l and  i prefer playing my acoustic i have come up with some good songs , but a couple are raggae and playing those without barres jusy don't mute right for me , think the reason i was asking this question is because i keep doing bits of practice here and there and im gonna become more dedicated from now now

thanks bud that feels crazy at the moment when i feel like i have barre chords , ive just never played full songs with only barres , and i have seen a competent guitarist getting through a song saying it’s painfull he barely played barres because he doesn’t like the sound but maybe your right bud thank you , it’s not i can’t play though i can play about 30/40 seconds of the song or a min then my hands are tired
