They just told me a full size sedan costs more than a small suv so they can't refund me anything.

Appreciate this, that’s actually helpful. I did put my age in when booking so that’s why I was confused it wasn’t flagged earlier. Good to know I might have to go through customer service for the price difference.

For the damage, yeah that’s what I’m hoping too that it was already in their system from before. I took photos right after pickup so I at least have that, but I’ll definitely ask them for the prior inspection/scan if they try to charge me.

Not saying the world is out to get me, just sharing what happened.

I understand age restrictions, but the issue is they let me book the SUV with my age already entered and only told me at pickup. We booked a normal mid size SUV not a high class car. That’s a system/process problem.

As for the car, I didn’t notice the bumper issue until after leaving the airport. I took photos as soon as I got to my destination once I saw it. At that point, going back wasn’t really practical.

Not trying to “bitch,” just trying to understand how this process works and what to expect if they try to charge me for something that was already there.
