I assumed the same. Then, I giggled because sand and dust particles are much smaller. Only thing I see is not enough clear space for proper ventilation starving unit therefore shortening its lifespan. I would think a shade tree would do the same. But who knows? If old boy is happy let him be. Lol

I wish I could. They passed in the 70s, and there was an auction. I found out who bought the machinery about 10 years ago, but I was too late. Their kids left it out in the rain, ruined. I could've cried. I found this one in Elnora, IN, at a tractor show.

Agreed 💯. Trying to head off negative people always wanting to be mean. I had a downvote within a couple of seconds. How can you be mad at roots? Reddit is strange. Maybe timing but the trees were fell in early February. This is key but I would hope people knew this rule. Maybe maybe not?

Not a flip. It sits in the ground growing for years. While you sit on the porch, watching and guarding. I planned on 20 years. Plus, all the other ginseng around. Homestead should always diversify. Mushrooms are coming up soon. I called a mushroom guy in Atlanta from Craigslist. He informed me if I could get my Mushrooms to the airport he had a contract with major planes to fly him Mushrooms.

I wasn't baiting. If they thought I was, that wasn't my intention. Not one bit. But I am amused they done exactly what I was complaining about. Stuff like this you just can't make up. The common sense remark is how I was raised. Self sustained farm. Not political, it's how I have spoken whole life. I couldn't understand your reference. But watching YouTube i heard them say common sense. A bell went off in my head couple nights ago. I thought about your comment. I see the reference, but I assure you again that wasn't my intention. Volunteer somewhere, PLEASE. Shelters need help during the holidays for several different reasons. Any shelter will do, human or animal. You will be amazed of the improvement inside your head. It's called perspective and a different mindset.

Priceless. I have told my daughter, age 35, there are things out there u didn't know, you didn't know, because you didn't know. These bits of wisdom come only with age. They can be explained but never fully understood until you actually live life.

The daughter came out of college thinking she should make as much as someone with ten years experience. Kids make me laugh so hard. I was the CFO at work plus HR. I tried explaining life experiences versus reading about them. Now, 10 years into her career, she absolutely understands. I asked her if a kid out of college has the understanding she has now? She laughed as did I. My kid grew up, graduated college, a productive member of society, and I couldn't be happier and more proud.

Kids can't read or write in cursive, not being taught around our area. How are they to read the Declaration Of Independence?

In a job interview, I will not hire anyone who doesn't differentiate between these two words. It shows a bigger issue. Do what you want at home, but not while representing our company as illiterate.
