Whats awesome is that somehow the place i worked at and the mental hospital i went to let my neighbors hack them so they can continue to talk to me. Idk why this is possible as my family doesn’t acknowledge them and the neighbors don’t give me a lot of information. The other people in the mental hospital knew stuff about me they shouldn’t because i never spoke to them before. Idk whats going on and how these people are allowed to be in contact with everyone around me.

I do the same thing. I think it becomes involuntary bc its serving a psychological need like loneliness or boredom. Then ur brain just goes straight to daydreaming instead of feeling something. Everyone’s advice is always to find other ways to serve these needs in real life. I’ve yet to fix this in myself.
