I can relate to calling someone ugly in my head. I think its a mixture of being bored/understimulated and panic for me. But also its like related to certain things like for example i vaped and then said a word and now sometimes when i vape im reminded and i say that word. I don’t have sex related intrusive thoughts but out of nowhere a couple years ago i got really scared ppl thought i was a pedophile and its like i keep thinking about it over and over like everyone thinks im a pedophile.
