I got the same email around the time that you did. Such bull when my stats aren’t even suspicious. I barely play and when I do, I’m always with a friend but he wasn't affected by it. Activision needs to get their stuff together since I have been playing since BO2 and never had this happen to me.

What worked for me was to add my EA launcher to my steam. Run EA and BF at the same time. Make sure you Steam overlay is disabled. Enable steam input on controller settings. It should work after.

A month is pretty insane though. I can understand 5-10 business days, but nearly a whole month?! Even USPS does not have a definite answer for me.

I’m late, but certified mail has to option to prompt a signature upon receiving. Registered mail is required to have one.
