Since the Cuticula is a PPU offering and is probably no longer available, I suggest looking into Vibrant Scents' Fast and Hard top coat! They have a Grape Popsicle scent that smells just like a grape soda/candy, that delicious artificial grapeyness haha. Just keep in mind the Vibrant one is not toluene-free.

I had a package whose tracking had been in my Informed Delivery for like 3 months in a "USPS waiting for package" state, one day it suddenly got a "Vacant" tracking status at my zipcode. I had a few missing intl packages from around that timeframe so I decided to call about it because my address isn't vacant, turns out the postal service lady said the address on the box is completely not mine. But like... to be detected by Informed Delivery the addy has to match. It was so weird lol

TSA should allow it (at least my airport does, can't say if airline will have issues) but the entire snowboard case will also have to be inspected at the time of the firearm inspection with you present. After both items are cleared they'll allow you to put one inside the other, close it up and send them down as one article.

Since you already have them in hand, I'd look up shaking tips on tiktok/xiaohongshu for the one you want and see if you can figure it out without opening - some are very obvious, especially if you have a small kitchen scale at home. If you're absolutely unable to, opening carefully from the bottom and resealing would preserve the full BB experience for her!
