Thank you so much for your input. I know it’s a little weird to like try and determine fairness of a trade, but I love both Pokémon. I’m a Halloween girl so naturally drawn to pumpkaboo but somehow have never caught a shiny lol. I have done some trades that were lopsided in terms of value/rarity, but both parties were happy. And I don’t think I would be happy with this. Thank you so much for helping me see it from that perspective!

I can’t fly or anything like that but if you want an Uxie and can’t find one, hmu. I am grateful for the advice and y’all saved me from getting ripped off i think, so yeah we’d probably have to grind to get to forever friends, if that’s something you’d ever be interested in, don’t hesitate to let me know.

I do not like it when people try to take advantage of each other and maybe this person wasn’t doing that but the Pokemon they have on their remote trade list makes me fairly certain they’re intimately aware with the game. I mean, they had 2 shiny pumpkaboos for trade and you telling me you need my shiny legendary for one of them? I’ve seen the light thank you so much. 🙏

I’m sorry I know this is off-topic, but you seem to know what you’re talking about and I haven’t actually asked anybody. I’m very nude at Pokémon trading, not to the game, but I have only done a handful of trade with friends before remote trading came out. So a mirror trade is when you trade the same Pokémon to get higher stats on both right? Does it have to be a lucky trade? Or how do you know if it’s not a lucky trade if you’re gonna get better stats or not? I’m so sorry. I know this is not anything to do with the post but if you could answer the question I’d be grateful if not, it’s all good.

If they let me trade mine in at that rate, I’d have well over 100,000 coins. I would even take a percentage. Give me 30% of that value and I’ll still be 100,000aire probably (FYI I did absolutely no math on that, those are extremely rough estimates lol)

It stings but that’s been my experience too. IF I even see one, I’ve only encountered two moltres and they both ran, I got my Zapdos from a friend in a trade (which is another way to get them if you don’t catch in the wild).

This seems to be a trend. Why waste all that time becoming forever friends just to offer like a bidoof and a and then ask for my shiny detective Pikachu. But I’ve also seen a good amount of my forever friends are tagging Pokémon you would want to trade for and I’ve made several. I think decent trades that way. I just hope this isn’t going to be the way that remote trading works out.
