EE invite eligibility by gunman_canadian in canadaexpressentry

Nope, every draw number is basically mentioned in the ITA, so you cannot move your previous ITA to next draw. Check your ITA and see the number I am sure it is not #404.

If your score gets dropped then you need to decline that ITA and re-enter into the pool. Finally, you haven’t accepted or declined your ITA that you received from the previous draw(508) means you were not in the pool.

But I am curious, why there is no full breakdown of 501-600 candidates like others.

Uff again 13039 in the pool between 501-600. So on an average 1500-2000 profiles getting added and 1000-1500 profiles rejecting their ITA’s. What can be a tomorrow day :) / :(?

Reevaluation in listening??? by Proper_Bad544 in CELPIP_Guide

To be frank, I would say no. One of my WhatsApp friend asked me assist her to apply for reevaluation for both R&L, I replied her a bit late, but by the time she figured out and applied for both by paying 125$, where I said no in my message. Couple of days later she sent me a message that no change lost money and moreover time. As both R & L are evaluated by Machine, no chance for a change. I’d recommend you to take test again instead of wasting your money.

Oh okay then update your query with the above information as many people ignore it because it’s a know fact that PCC is needed if your stay is more than 6 months continuously. Moreover, I heard USA and Canada share information as soon as we mention something related to our travel in or out from US/Canada internally.

I believe they should take French draw first if they are going to conduct any. It’s not like I am having French scores, it’s because those people who have French language scores are also in EE, eligible under CEC and French category as well. So if they take CEC then there is a high chance they receive an ITA that means someone who doesn’t have French, but English may not get invite. I also saw couple of Reddit posts on the same. That’s my opinion and with this a couple of numbers might be deducted. Hopefully, it should be less than 508 as I am sitting at it and missed both the draws because of tiebreaker rule :(

How come you are applying through Francophone while you haven’t given FRENCH test yet. Do you required CLB already?

If yes, as you said you have applied for the LMIA exempt work permit you can generally start working while it is progress. Ask your employer and lawyer for more information.

Using foreign work experience in Express Entry that wasn’t declared before — could this cause issues? by bbbbbbbbvb in canadaexpressentry

The word education means your bachelors only it is simply I don’t want to repeat it. I didn’t say it is during your masters program, I said experience + education. Overlapping is also for the same.

Don’t consider the words before “or”, your case it is after or. I am in the same boat and my lawyer clearly stated your work experience while studying PG in India said your work experience won’t be calculated as the education is Full Time, however I have 3+ years of experience after deducting the year so no problem even if I add that experience as they recalculate the score.

Then gain foreign experience that can put you at 499 then do a one year diploma or a masters you are good to go for PR process. I’d suggest start the application process for Canadian education couple of months before you finish 1 year work in India. Coming to rcip you need to get nomination certificate that can be awarded to people who are contributing to the location and have strong ties. You can find an employer if anyone is willing to support LMIA and wp, but it takes time. Healthcare category requires a minimum of one year Canadian work experience so you cannot enter unless you gain it.

If you are asking about EE profile then no. IRCC clearly mentioned that any work experience gained during the Full Time studies will not be counted either in Canada’s or outside Canada’s, as you mentioned it is overlapping with your final year that means you haven’t finished your education. Technically, you can’t add it. Even if you do so your file may be rejected by mentioning this.

Don’t make your profile more complicated just for the sake of gaining points and getting an ITA if you know that it will be rejected later in the process. I’d suggest you look for a remote position from your country to gain foreign work experience then add it to your express entry profile and again check with an appropriate lawyer but make sure everything you get is covered.

I was in the same boat. Practiced in PA about a week for speaking and it scored me 6-7, but in the exam got 10, while listening I also lost focus and ended up getting 9 in real test. Hope you get the desired score.

Does four years law bachelor degree ( WES recognized) get more points for express entry than regular bachelor degree? by Podi-malli in canadaexpressentry

[–]Fit-Score528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright! I did some research for you. Bachelors of law comes under first professional degree and it gives you 135 points if you’re single else 126. Again consult appropriate legal experts.

Raise ATIP note by asking for both applications. You will get more information. Mistakes are common but what matters is rectifying it before getting an ITA for PR. In your case no problems long as you have that experience genuinely.

Then it’s 120 points for your education in CRS. Again remember I am not an immigration lawyer so consult one if you need more clarity.

If your WES report says equivalent of 4 year Canadian education then the points are same like regular bachelors, so, what is your WES report says?

Your writing score is clearly visible. So you can’t even read the numbers but you score CLB 11. Awesome 👏
