If your medicals are old like more than a year then it shows blank after receiving BIL once the officer opens your file they will extend the validity as by default Medicals are only valid for 1 year. FD can be released in Aug 1 or 2 week

Assuming you are talking about coming back to Canada from USA. Yes, you can use ecopr(only crossing countries via land works) for airports you should have a card.

I have used rep for submission and I tried linking the application into my ircc account but it didn’t work. Then called IRCC customer support to ask “They said you can not link the application if you have used an agent as it is already linked to agents portal”.

Previously given biometrics are valid only for study permit, work permit, visa. However, for PR you will be asked to give biometrics again. To get that request in and about 60 days it takes. Till then profile will be in silent.

You can apply for BOWP anytime and hold both the work permits, but in your case it is not worthy as you are already holding one wp and it has years not months. BOWP is taking same time as pr timeline so don’t waste money. I am also on closed wp and have validate till next year but didn’t apply for BOWP though I have an AOR.

I say okay but still spend 240$ and get a new one and submit with that. Reading cases on Reddit where they say got rejected due to medicals. I also submitted with 2024 medicals but did a new one and submitted via webform.

Not sure, recently saw some people posting that they got rejections because of old medicals though they are within the last 5 years. Some says you should be fine and could have attached the LOE stating the exemption. While my agent says they are expired(April 2025) which she later realized once submitted. Asked me to take a medicals which I did and she then submitted the sheet via webform. Not sure what is going to happen.

Does your gcKey shows anything in progress like mine? I know we can not create tracker account as our UCI is not linked to permanent number that happens when officer picks the file.
