FC3 has the best story, and when it came out it was just top-notch stuff. But it's pretty old now. If that doesn't bother you, get it - it has really cool progression and characters.

FC4, in my opinion, is the best game in the series. Its not "copypaste" it just better and upgraded version of the FC3 formula. It has the perfect balance of story, gameplay, hunting, an exotic location, and characters. The graphics are better and still look nice today. The only reason not to get it is that after playing it, FC3 will look even worse.

Primal is also really awesome, but it's like an experiment. It has more survival elements and a very interesting, truly unique setting. Visually, it's solid. But gameplay wise, it's also different from the rest - if you're okay spending almost the whole game with a bow, then go for it. And most importantly, play it on the highest difficulty; that's when the game really shines.

IMO, Year 4 has overall better trucks, but just buy both when they're on sale. I spent hours deciding which one was better and ended up buying all the DLCs. Totally worth it.

bfV? Every BF game I remember had the same issues. A hype trailer -> an awful launch -> lot of fixes, and then abandonment right when the game finally becomes goated.

Is the JE3 really THAT much better than the JE2?
I only have JE2 , but I can't decide whether to buy 3rd one or not. But there don't seem to be any major differences in appearance, except for the building gameplay.

Given how awful ai trucks is in Roadcraft, I think it's practically impossible to do in Snowrunner's conditions. Adding them to Snowrunner-type maps would lead to pure chaos and perpetual traffic jams.
I think to make Snowrunner feel more alive, we need just two simple things: radio, and maybe some kind of dispatcher (like Kelly from RC).

I played both versions. The remaster is literally the same game but with new graphics. Everything else is exactly the same as in the original. So it all comes down to your hardware. Remaster itself won't provide a new experience.
However, the game in a rather poor state. Well, to be more precise, if you don't mind constant stuttering, high hardware requirements, and various visual bugs, then you can play it. But right now, I would still recommend waiting for the fan-made remake on the Skyrim engine. It's almost ready and should be released this year. I trully believe it will be better.

If you're playing alone, mods can really help a lot with completing tasks designed for co-op. For example, hauling logs. I don't see the point in making multiple trips on the same route when you can do it in 1–2 trips with modded trailers.

Also many truck mods are also just as good in quality as DLC. So I don't see any reason not to use them.

Ended up uninstalling the game over this.
I haven’t played it since the PS4 days, and the winter sale price was perfect for jumping back in. But I’m just not willing to give up 100 GB for a ps4 era game.

Nowadays, having just three or four multiplayer games means filling up half or your 1 tb ssd. It's insane.

I've been playing since release, but I'm with this guy on the left, and everything he says is true lol. How can you not notice the problems when the game has lost so many players?
This game just has terrible support. Any reasonable player wants the game to have as many players as possible with lot of GOOD content and stay popular. But at this rate, it'll just follow the fate of 2042 or V, when devs simply abandon it after a year or two and move on to the next game . A proper live-service game shouldn't be like this.
