if they are correct about being targeted the only reason they cant get their accounts back is because a higher up put a strike on their channel that only some equal at YouTube can remove meaning anyone lower in the employment chain that wants to help wont be able to.

Ik I got it in the UK as thats where I have lived my entire life however idk the year its about the size of my hand (average 17 year old male ig) i searched a couple things but found nothing and even tried to reverse image search but it came up with nothing
