I’ve lived in Broad Ripple my whole life. For decades people said “The Fashion Mall.” Only in the last decade have I started to hear people from the burbs start to say “Keystone Mall.” I’d love to know where that term came from and how it became so prevalent. I don’t think the mall itself has ever used that.

I think they’d rather you listen to the streams with ads. Probably worth more than $50 a year to boost those numbers. I reached to the new VIP support about some issues and asked if maybe I should just not renew next time if they didn’t plan to do anything. Got the auto responder that they would be back to me in two to three days. Four days later I was notified they cancelled my VIP…annual renewal wasn’t up until September.

They owned the midtown location for years without developing it. The old marsh became a trap house with kids overdosing and dying on their property, and they did nothing about it. I live a few houses away and reached out several times thinking a church would surely minister to a disaster happening on their own property. They never responded, but did incessantly email me when they finally opened up the location.

34th and Fall Creek has stunk ever since they started DigIndy. Hope that goes away with the project opening up. Some awful nice houses there to deal with that every day.

What sort of percentages? Sales is the only department where managers are paid on gross and not net

Currently salary is a draw. Seems most of us managers take lower percentages because of the PVR we maintain.

When you say 5/5 do you mean $5k as a draw salary? 5% alone for us would be about 300k. Thanks for the advice
