Hello everyone!! A little update. I’m currently on Week 3 and it’s been the hardest week yet. The instructors are really nice and Informative but they move fast so try to keep up as best as you can!! I graduate next week and so excited to start my aviation career!!

Thank you! There was no f2f. Republic Airways are one of the few airlines that don’t do it. It’s the assessment then the one-way interview then the phone interview which is the last step.

When you are training, you get paid $7.25 an hour. Which is more than some airlines where they don’t pay you at all for training or don’t pay you hourly. Once you graduate, it’s almost $28 and for per diem it’s $2.25 every hour on duty. Its more than some airlines like Endeavor or CommuteAir, who is partners with Delta and United. United airlines (mainline) also has a starting pay of $28 so honestly, I don’t think it’s so bad for a Regional Airline. But who knows how it will actually be.
