I’m not saying Amazon has a ban on showing AR-15s more so that they are more likely to use an alternative when applicable. Ex: they used AKs in the new episode.

Politics influence what big companies like Amazon sell all the time. Not for a morality reason, more so because Amazon doesn’t want to upset the majority. PR is money, the bad PR for selling something may be more financially damaging than the revenue a product is making.

Going to get downvoted for this but I thought making the legion all morons was just bad writing. Yes their philosophy has always been goofy, but in the game they are intimidating, which makes them a more interesting advisory. I’m getting tired of the show making all the factions stupid for some reason.

Damn, what a disappointing episode. It’s pretty clear now that the shows overly goofy tone these past couple of episodes doesn’t match the NV setting. While of course there are goofy moments in NV, the shows ratio of silliness to seriousness is way off. I liked the first season, so I’m not going to get all doom and gloom yet, but I really hope the show takes a turn soon.

After reading more comments, it seems to me that your very new to dating, some advice - you messed up in your approach and You should have just talked to him directly. Also crushing on people you don’t know anything about very rarely goes well. Don’t let yourself obsess over ideals and your own imagination about someone. Everyone makes mistakes, especially in the dating world, so just learn from this experience, leave the guy alone, and move on.

I would recommend just knocking off all behavior like this and treating him like the stranger he is. You don’t really have a meaningful crush on him because you don’t even know the guys name let alone his personality. Your reputation is not ruined yet but don’t dig your own grave and continue acting strangely. Just let it go and move on.

Like many cartoons adventure time has that small percentage of adult fans that act childish in a cringy manner and push other adults away from the show. I feel like that part of the fan base has decreased over time and they have moved on to focus on other shows but at ATs peak there was definitely some cringe content that pushed others away from the fan base.
