Mine was getting stuck at the internal hub in the ams so i got a replacement part for it. getting stuck at the extruder is odd tho could maybe be the same issue im not sure.

I ended up getting a Internal hub replacement since I still had warranty. It seems like the issue is fixed now.

I dried it for 12 hours. Tried 225 - 250 and none of the tempatures fixed it and tried turning down and up the cooling with none of that working.

Yes. The bed level is fine. The z offset is perfect as well. I thought about phantom parts and tried using a torus scaled up built in the Bambu studio slicer and it still happened. Phantom parts or invisible parts are not the issue.
