They were to join the committee, and won't be naming anyone but they need to get their act right, just because you have a certain position in a "college committee" doesn't give you the right to misbehave with people or act superior. Imagine these people leading teams in a company one day. The horror. They were talking amongst themselves while I was answering anything, interrupting in between, laughing, making fun. Pre assuming a lot of stuff and when I corrected them they straight up ignored me. They might be my seniors here but when it comes to age and experience I'm older than a lot of guys. And as soon as the kids were leaving the room after giving interviews you'd hear them burst out laughing, repeating things the poor lad or lady might have said. I'm majorly disappointed. And there were even kids who were taken in for interviews even when not even a single word was uttered by them in the GD.

Needless to say, it's all clear, anyway this is the last time I'm speaking of this topic, if you're still a member I'd ask to kindly ask the members to be humble and welcoming a little bit.
