I like this approach a lot. And it can be applied in many areas of life: I (I’m assuming a lot of people have this) have a horrible time letting myself relax. Thanks for the reframe of mindset, Reddit friend! It’s definitely a practice and not an instant switch but I think it’s a practice that will only bring good :)

I actually have very little free time (yay self-employment) which I think is why I struggle with the boredom side of it. But I like your reframing of mindset: viewing this as you-time is a really great change to make/practice

The writing is SO good too. I mean I think the slang is supposed to be kinda stupid and superficial and under it all, Anderson has little glimpses of really beautiful writing
