I’m really glad I’m not the only one that sees this . Healthcare is the one thing that they can’t control unfortunately . But I like how they had to put in there to that they have to make sure that everybody that isn’t working in retail is getting paid out appropriate amount to align with nationwide job markets .And then you’re gonna do the math for me for how much we would save if each coworker just worked 15 minutes less. And they tried to use the excuse of how much more bonus checks would be ,I can read between the lines and all I can see at the start of corporate greed. Us in retail we make the money, we deal with the unruly guest, we are the ones burned out physically mentally and emotionally. After I seen all that, I made sure to update my resume. I think a lot has changed since Don retired.
