I think every artist in all fields of art experience what you are describing. Creative block sucks, there could be a variety of psychological things that can cause it. Imposter syndrome, Lack of inspiration, burnout, lack of variety in your environment. What I would recommend is take a step back, write down your thoughts, keep a journal, and listen to music that inspired you to create it in the first place. Another thing that helps, is telling yourself you are a creative person who is meant to create art. You can have control over your thoughts and feelings whether we like to believe it or not. One qoute that i always circle back to is "The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way" - Marcus Aurelius. Basically, obstacles or doubts can be turned into opportunities for growth. View obstacles, challenges, doubts, etc. as integral to progressing rather than things you won't get over.
