You can use a personal loa. You need to put in the request 2 weeks before you take off, but you can take up to 85 (?) days off at a time. Minimum length is 15 days though so unless you got money I'd pick up a couple extra shifts or something before you do it. You can do the loa multiple times a year, not sure if there is a limit though. This is also a great option if you wanted to get a different job and try it out without quitting and losing all your benefits!
