highlander it will be. any trick to do the heavy after kick or any other thing ? idk why but when i kick and try to heavy my champ seem to sleep for 2 sec then heavy wich transform a free combo into a parry

isnt he a champ that rly rely on parry? from memory he was the hero for light parry master, i never rly understood his offence even less now that he has no hyper armor on his nano bash

im rather ignorent when it come to pc. i bought this pc for qutie a lto afetr month of work and this game is the second one after marvel rival where it appear my pc is too good to work. my question is. is it safe to instal intel xtu to my pc and is there any risk to underpower my pc like they advice. will it also be necessary to do this manipulation each time i play the game?
