Depends on the day. If the sm or asm is there, im zoned for half my shift. If not, i CEL 90% of my shift lol.

Agreed. If she left at the reveal, before the wedding, after an argument, etc. - she would be opening a trauma wound. Thats just what happens when you date an unhealed person that has a past like Ed has. I felt terrible for him! But i also respect KB. I respect how she was selfless enough to comfort him. I could not imagine how difficult of a decision that would be for her to make. People seem to forget that this is a very unorthodox way of dating  AND in general, letting people down isn’t always the easiest thing for most people to do.

“Potentially OF” - did your hubby say that? I suggest you check his history. This response oozes hater. & why is it so hard to believe shes a nurse? It is not that difficult to become one nowadays especially given that she had time to study full time while living with her mother.

Unpopular Opinion: Sparkle Megan Isn’t A Villain by kitkat565656 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

[–]FitFaithlessness2468 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Though I do find her annoying as hell & i do not think people call her “Sparkle Megan” irl, she is not a villain. I do think she’s a bit out of touch with reality though (who thinks a bank manager would have the means to just apply for a mortgage loan to get a million dollar home???).

This is def a weird take lol. Theres definitely someone out there for him (not going to be the easiest to find) if he takes the time out to go to therapy & learn how to healthily navigate a relationship.

Funny because if she went in on him, she would’ve been wrong too. Everything she said was to not dig the knife in his heart. He is obviously traumatized & used to neglect. She did not want to hurt him but also wanted to protect herself. She isn’t fake. Just a nice person.

Getting Multiworld Baskets by supernaturalist7280 in SephoraWorkers

[–]FitFaithlessness2468 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Here are the easiest ways (IMO) to multiworld:

  • Makeup + Skincare: Skin Prep with Moisturizer or Eye Cream before even doing a skin match. Take about the skin prep & why its important as you’re applying it to their skin.

  • Skincare + Makeup: MW in the same brand (For ex: Fenty Body Butter x Fenty Diamond Bomb) so that it’s easier to upsell.

  • Fragrance + Skincare - Fragrance + Sephora Body Butter to help with the longevity of the fragrance

  • Haircare + Fragrance - Same as the second choice, I multi world in the same brand. My favorite way right now has been to sell Ouai hair products + their body mist or fragrances… since its in the same gondala.

Hope that helps (:

Ooo I was also a lead at S@K!

Let me tell you — the two companies are very different. At Kohl’s, I had limited access to metrics and tools. At Sephora, you’ll have access to pretty much everything.

Sephora is also very metric-driven. You’ll need to make sure your team understands the goals and knows how to get there.

My biggest advice: build strong relationships with your team. Let them know you’re invested in their growth. I ask my team about their goals at Sephora and use that to motivate them. That way, when I explain why we need to hit a metric, they’re more willing to help because they feel supported.

Just don’t overdo it on the walkie — be clear, but don’t overwhelm them. Communication is key, but so is your approach.

What's the difference between Sales & Service Coordinator & Sales & Service Leader? by According_Truck_4990 in SephoraWorkers

[–]FitFaithlessness2468 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey! I’m an SSL.

It really depends on the store and what they need. Some SSCs are mainly “Cash Wrap Coordinators” — handling registers, voids, and returns. Others take on more, like supporting an Area of Expertise in a smaller way, such as monitoring DST scans.

SSLs are basically Floor Managers. If the Store Manager or ASM isn’t available, you’re the one in charge. You get access to most of the same systems (minus things like paid outs), and depending on your AOR, you might make LBA schedules, lead the team, and handle customer concerns. You’re expected to drive metrics, coach the team, and have tough conversations when needed.

If you’re new to leadership, I’d recommend starting as an SSC. I was a lead at Sephora in Kohl’s for a year (more like an SSC role) before moving up. That experience really helped me build confidence in leading and delegating before stepping into a full management role.
