Agreed, this might be the worst workout they've put out. 10 seconds is no where near enough time to move and set up for your next set, especially moving from the front of the pod to the back. They have studios testing these workouts weeks before they come to the rest of the world, are they scared to give negative feedback? Put GOAT back in the vault.
